Portuguese Flannel Sheet Set

Daniadown’s quality flannels are entirely woven, dyed or printed, and sewn by master weavers in Portugal.  Made only of long staple cotton, the flannel is very strong and therefore more resistant to pilling.   

Portugal's countryside provides the best climate in the world to grow long staple cotton.  When it comes to cotton, the longer the fiber, the more resistant to stretching, colour-fade, and wear. 

The super soft flannel sheets are brushed for ultimate softness and then sheared to ensure the velvet nap is an even length.  This extra shearing process removes any longer fibers that could cause the fabric to pill.  You will experience a velvet like hand that pills less and lasts longer.
